Service Description
The Power Program is a performance-based training experience designed to help golfers increase distance by addressing all three drivers of speed: physical, technical, and neurological. This program is led by me in collaboration with Nathan Mead and combines structured movement screening, dynamic training, and driver optimization with modern speed training methods. We begin with a physical screening to identify mobility, strength, and sequencing opportunities, followed by a dynamic warm-up and workout designed specifically for golf speed. From there, we shift to technical work with the driver to improve efficiency and launch conditions, before progressing into speed training aimed at safely increasing swing speed. The small group format allows us to individualize training, monitor intent and movement quality, and ensure each player is training at the appropriate level. Every participant leaves the session with a clear, personalized plan outlining how to continue progressing both in the gym and on the range. This program is ideal for golfers who want to add distance in a smart, sustainable way—without guessing, forcing speed, or risking injury.
